Double classroom extension with limited site access

An innovative extension to the main school. Predominately built off-site, we took care to adapt our standard specifications to meet the parametres of the main building.  The pupils wanted an environmentally friendly solution and the school needed a quick build on a restricted access site.

The project took just 11 weeks to complete, with most of the structure built off-site, reulsting in minimal disruption to staff and pupils. Featuring bi-folding doors the two classrooms then open into one large creative space.

"It's great addition to our facilities here at Parkside. We were in need of a classroom which could fulfil our needs but we wanted it to be cost effective and sustainable. The team were able to build most of the structure off site, resulting in minimal disruption to staff and pupils. We're very happy with the result, it is beautiful whilst being practical, cheap to run and of a really high quality. The pupils love to learn in it as it's light and airy."
